Memorable Fallout 3 moments - Finding the Failed FEV subjects in Vault 87

When the members of Vault 87 were mutated into Super Mutants by the designed Vault experiment, most of the people being transformed by the FEV (Forced Evolutionary Virus) didn’t retain their mental faculties.

When they then proceeded to try and turn even more humans into Super Mutants since they’re sterile and have no other means of reproduction, results were… mixed.

Good thing we never got to fight them, because hot damn do they look terrifying.
